1.Basic error (accuracy)

Measuring method of proportional electric actuator (electric actuator) (that is, regulating type): slowly increase or decrease the input signal, record the stroke value of the output shaft in the forward and reverse directions, and calculate according to the basic error calculation formula.
Measuring method of integral electric actuator (electric actuator) (ie, switch type with feedback): slowly increase or decrease the position transmitter signal manually, and record the output shaft stroke value in the forward and reverse directions, calculated according to the basic error The formula is calculated. Generally, the error is measured when the input is 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% in the up, down, and two directions, and the maximum value is taken.
Hysteresis is an indicator for measuring the repeatability of electric actuators (electric actuators), and its measurement method is at various points in different directions (typically 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% up and 75%, 50%, 50% down, 25%, several points at 0%), the absolute value of the difference between the upstream and downstream errors at the same point, and finally return to the one with the largest difference.
The dead zone is a signal that increases or decreases the value of the electric actuator (electric actuator) but does not move. This maximum value is the dead zone of the electric actuator (electric actuator). The measurement method is 25%, 50% of the stroke. , 75%, 100%, slowly increase (or decrease) the input signal until one of the output shafts can observe the stroke change, write down the current input value I1; then slowly change the input signal in the opposite direction until it can be observed Go to the output shaft, record the current input value I2, and then calculate the dead band value according to the following formula:

4.Output torque (thrust)
This is a very important parameter for electric actuators (electric actuators) and a standard for measuring its driving force. For straight-stroke electric actuators (electric actuators), this parameter is called the maximum thrust, and the unit is N or Kg, 1Kg = 10N. For angular stroke or multi-turn electric actuators (electric actuators), this parameter is called the maximum output torque, the unit is Nm or Kg.m, 1Kg.m = 10N.m. The measurement method of this parameter is to directly drive the load with an electric actuator (electric actuator) and measure the maximum load it can drive.
