The connection between the electric actuator and the valve should be firm, and the connection screws should not be loose. Generally, the connection screws should be re-tightened every six months to ensure normal installation.
The surface of the electric actuator should be kept as clean as possible without dust accumulation, so its use position should not be directly splashed by steam, water and oil. If it is found that steam, water and oil splashes are found, it should be treated in time.
Check the power supply of the electric device. The voltage of the revenge three-phase power supply should be normal, and the automatic switch and thermal relay in the power supply circuit should not be tripped. When the automatic switch and thermal relay trip are found, the cause of the trip should be checked and eliminated before resetting the automatic switch or thermal relay.
The electric actuator is well sealed, and the pads to maintain the sealing surfaces should be intact and tightly pressed. Check that the screws on each joint surface are installed firmly, whether they are damaged, whether the threading holes are sealed, and whether the sealing plugs for connecting the leads are firmly inserted.
The degree of lubrication of the electric actuator should be good, and the instrument should be used smoothly. Specific inspection: There should be no oil leakage on each joint surface of the housing, and the lubricant level should be at the specified position. When the lubricating oil level is insufficient, new oil should be replenished, and grease should be added to the valve stem nut to ensure good lubrication of the valve stem nut.
