1. Connect the wiring diagram of the electrical installation of the explosion-proof valve electric device according to the instructions. All wiring must be correct. The wiring of each terminal should be reliable and the power supply voltage should meet the requirements.
2. Unplug the explosion-proof electric actuator and check the insulation of the power transformer of the motor and the position transmitter with a megohm meter on the socket. The value should be greater than 1 megohm. Untie the neutral wire of the power supply, and use a megohmmeter to check the cable core and the internal wiring of the control panel and the insulation of the equipment at the plug. The value should also be greater than 1 megohm.

3. Check the lubricant level of the speed reducer of the actuator, which should be slightly higher than the center line of the oil standard. Oil is injected from the eyelet hole.
4. Check the connecting rod between the actuator and the adjustment mechanism. There must be no loose gaps in all the links and levers to ensure a good adjustment effect. Turn the "manual-auto" knob on the servo motor to the "manual" position. When pulling out the handwheel and shaking the handwheel to rotate the output shaft by 90 ”, the adjustment mechanism should go from fully open to fully closed and take the full stroke.
5.Check the fuse fuse current of the fuse.The fuse current of the fuse should be selected according to the power consumption of the valve electric device, which is generally 2.5 times the rated current at the rated load torque.
