On the relationship between fine small electric actuators and valves
If small electric actuators oscillate, the stability of the system will be damaged, and various faults will occur. To eliminate this failure, a reasonable analysis should be performed. There are two main cases of actuator oscillation: mechanical oscillation and electrical oscillation.
Mechanical oscillation is mainly caused by the inability of the servo motor output shaft to self-lock and the inertia self-locking feature. The electrical oscillation is caused by the small circuit oscillation of the actuator that breaks through the rectifier diode.
